If Himura Kenshin (Ruroni Kenshin) switched places with Keitaro Urashima (Love Hina) name at least three differences that would take place in the Meiji Era and the Hinata Hot Springs?

Christy & Anne's Answer:
Meiji Era
1)    Keitaro would try to take advantage of being in the Meiji era to study history, but continuously get distracted
2)    The Meiji Era would falter / fall
3)    Keitaro would become a student in the only place he can, in the Kamiya Kasshin Ryuu Dojo
4)    In any big fights, Keitaro would go spinning off into space in the first strike in any fight

Hinata Hot Springs
1)    Kenshin would try to find a way to switch him back to be there to “protect” Kaoru; but Kaoru and the others would find a way first.
2)    Motoko would respect the “man” in the house for his swordsman ship, but still be angry there was a mail around
3)    Oro
4)    The girls of the Hinata Hot Springs would be like Kenshin’s little family group.

(We were going to say Keitaro would stumble into the bath where Kaoru was, but Kenshin has done that himself the few times she was in the bath/ hot springs)

Meiji Era
1. Keitaro would become Kaoru's house slave (she's very much like Naru, ne?)
2. Yahiko's role model would be gone... or it would end up being Sanosuke!?
3. The city would be over run by bad guys... because whose gonna save them? Keitaro? Iie,... KEN TARO! ^_~
4. There would be no respectable men in the Kamiya Dojo, just a ruffian, a pervert, and a feral kid (no, really I love Sano and Yahiko).
5. They would all be fat because the only thing Keitaro can make is super, triple chocolate cake at valentines day.
6. He might learn kendo at the dojo because the only student Kaoru ever seems to have is Yahiko.
7. The Kamiya do jo wouldn't look so dumpy because Keitaro and fix it all up!
8. No hot spring antics
9. He could be a true Ronin (samurai without a master) instead of a cram school Ronin
10. Tokyo U (TouDai) won't exist
11. Keitaro would be on the roof pondering his life like he always does.
12. Megumi and Kaoru would NOT be fighting over Keitaro; Megumi would gravitate to Sanosuke, and Koaru would grow up alone.
13. Keitaro would need new hobbies because there are no purikura (sticker print club) machines and even less available pornography.

Hinata Sou
1. Matoko wouldn't be so against having Kenshin as her first love! No, she wouldn't mind having a fellow swordsman around.
2. The house would always be in one piece
3. The girls would clean it themselves, and wait on Kenshin *_*
4. Shinobu wouldn't be crying all the damn time.
5. Suu's machines would be easily defeated.
6. Kenshin's only threats would be Seta (who is just like Sano) and Kentaro (who could easily replace Yahiko).
7. Naru would get into TouDai and end up with KENtaro because Kenshin is too much man for her.
8. Haruka would manage the apts and Kenshin would respectfully manage and live in the tea house, giving the girls their privacy.
9. OR is Kenshin lived in the house, all the girls would move into the surrounding apartments to the manager's office and have mysterious holes appear in their floors and walls.
10. Kenshin would look much cooler standing on the roof pondering his thoughts at sunset than Keitaro.
11. I think Kitsune would actually be shyer and less scheming with a strong man in the house.
12. More ha ha nudey Kenshin
13. We might actually see a more feminine side of Haruka ~_^
14. Less kick ass Kenshin fights with big baddies. ;_; He's so cool when he fights. ^_^
15. But more OTHER action for Kenshin

18. Kenshin would need a real job, no sword swinging heroics allowed anymore.
19. No more free loading for Kenshin either

Kenshin Vs. Love Hina Similarities...
Meiji
1. Keitaro would still go into the bath at inappropriate times
2. Kaoru would beat him up all the time
3. Keitaro's cooking would still be better than Kaoru's
4. He'd be stuck cleaning the house
5. Nose bleeds for Keitaro
6. Less ha ha nudey Keitaro (THANK GOD)
7. He would still get stuck paying the bills (substitute Kitsune for Sano)
8. He'd be paying rent
9. He would still be a Ronin
10. More "I'm still a loser guy but let me inspire you" talks from Keitaro
11. Still on the roof wondering why the girls in this era don't like him either.

Hinata Sou
1. Makoto would still blush and not be able to figure out why.
2. Oro? O_o
3. Suu would clamp onto Kenshin and climb all over him, but I doubt she'll ever catch him off guard and kick him out the window.
4. Kenshin's cooking may only rival Shinobu's
5. Ooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhh >_<
6. Kitsune would look for ways to profit from Kenshin and his abilities.
