Rice Pilaf Method

2 C. rice
4 C. stock
3 each onions
8 oz. Mushrooms
thyme
Bay leaf
Salt
Pepper
Vegetable oil

Saute the onions for one minute in the oil.
Add the rice and continue sauteing until the rice is lightly toasted.
Add all the remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 30 minutes or until all the liquid is absorbed
