Stir Fry    

Stir Fried Broccoli

Broccoli cut into florettes
Chopped fresh ginger
Minced garlic
Tamari
Peanut oil

Heat the peanut oil in a wok until smoking.
Add the broccoli and stir fry for about 2 minutes.
Add to ginger and garlic cooking to aroma (when there is pronounced aroma).
Add tamari and water covering steam until crispy tender.
