6 oz of chocolate bits (I divide a 12 oz bag into a 2 cup measuring cup & it is about 1 cup)
1 stick of butter or margarine (1/2 cup)
1 cup of confectioners sugar
1 package of miniature marshmallows
1 tsp. of vanilla
1 egg
½ cup chopped walnuts (or pecans)

Melt butter and chocolate bits in a double boiler. Mix confectioners sugar, egg, vanilla and nuts, then add melted mixture and marshmallows and mix together. Spread coconut on 2 sheets of wax paper and divide the mixture between the two sheets. Make 2 rolls and refrigerate.
