1 pkg. lime Jell-O
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 small pkg. cream cheese
1/2 pint heavy whipping cream

Make Jell-O with 1 cup hot water and liquid
from pineapple and enough cold water to make almost second cup. When
partially set, add cream cheese blended with crushed pineapple. Whip with
electric mixer. Whip cream and fold into Jell-O mixture. Chill until set.
Remember, to whip cream, beaters must be free of oil or grease (basically
really clean), and that they and the bowl must be cold- or very cool. |
