When I selected “Crushed Muffin” as my domain name, I realized the name might cause people to  “accidentally” stumble into my webspace in their search for recipes. In anticipation of this (as small a chance that occurrence may actually have of happening) I created this recipe page. Some of the recipes contained on this page were gifts. At the wedding shower my college improv group held for me, I didn’t want to burden the already thin wallets of college students, so I asked those attending to bring a copy of their favorite recipe instead of a gift. Recipes are divided into different groups. Soups, Salads and Side Dishes Main Dishes Desserts Fudnamentals of Cooking* * I recently took part in a “Fundamentals of Cooking” class through the local community education program. Our instructor, Marc Henri, said I could place copies of his handouts on my site, but I’ve placed them in a separate section as the are not recipes per se, as much a guidelines to methods of cooking.
