Sweedish Beef Stew
 
 
Makes 4 servings

1 pound beef top round or boneless chunk steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
2 cups chopped onions
1 cup coarsely chopped green bell pepper
1 cup A.1. SWEET & TANGY Steak sauce
1/2 cup beef broth
Hot cooked noodles or rice


1. Cook and stir beef cubes in 1 tablespoon hot oil in 4 -quart pot until brown on all sides; remove beef from pot.

2. Cook and stir onions and peppers in remaining 1 tablespoon oil in pot for 2 to 3 minutes. Add steak sauce, broth and beef; heat to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 1 hour or until meat is tender.

3. Serve with noodles or rice.
