filling:
    2 lb. ricotta
    1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 tsp. salt; 1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. parsley flakes

Mix filling items well with a fork.
Cook shells in salted water, 15-17 minutes. Drain. Stuff with 1/3 to 1/2 cup of filling.
Pour enough prepared spaghetti sauce into a shallow pan to cover bottom. Lay shells side by side in pan and cover with sauce. Sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese. Bake, covered, at 350 for about 40 minutes.
