CRUST
1 pkg. yeast
½ tsp. sugar
¼ tsp. salt
2 ½ cup flour*
2/3 cup HOT water
¼ cup oil
SAUCE
1 can tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
½ tsp. basil
½ tsp. parsley flakes
½ tsp. garlic salt
½ tsp. sugar
Dash pepper
Parmesan Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese

1. Preheat oven to 400 F
2. Combine yeast, sugar, salt and 1 ½ cup of flour in large bow.
3. Mix hot water and oil together; add this to the dry ingredients
4. Add remaining 1 cup of flour; mix well
5. Kneed dough on floured surface until smooth and “elastic” (about 50
times)
6. Place dough on pizza pan and roll or pat out into edges. Mix sauce ingredients
7. Spread sauce over dough; sprinkle with parmesan and mozzarella cheeses
8. Bake for 20 minutes or until crust is brown and cheese is bubbling /
melted.
