Cheesy Potatoes
 
 
What you need:
5 pound bag of potatoes
24 oz. container of sour creme
1 can creme of chicken soup
16 oz. of grated cheddar cheese
5 green onions-chopped
1/2 cup of bacon bits

What you do:
Boil potatoes in large pan of water until tender. Cool, then peel and grate potatoes. Using a huge bowl mix potatoes, onions, sour creme, soup, cheese, and bacon bits. Place in large casserole dish and bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.
