Can you? (heights; elephantine;
labeling; juxtapose)
|
Can you fit the word juxtapose in a poem?
Neither can I. I’m not an English teacher, for Pete’s sake
Speaking of teachers, you know how teachers are usually ladies
And ladies are often portrayed as scared of mice-
Although they are elephantine to mice when you compare sizes
Anyways- ladies are supposed to get stools and stand on them
What if they’re afraid of heights
What if they like mice
Wait, STOP. I know you probably think I’m crazy
I don’t mind you labeling me that
I’m just trying to complete this darn 4-minute poem we have to do
(but don’t have to read)
But anyway
Can you fit the word juxtapose into a poem?
