Remember, Chris? (German; guesses; remember; zoology)

Remember when we were going
In high school together,
And all the crazy times we had.
Our lunch room arguments and
HIS guesses to what we were
Actually arguing about when it was actually
HIM we were arguing about.
Remember how we had only a couple of classes together
But we made a riot in those that we shared
And sat and dreamed of being in other classes
Sign language, instead of German
Zoology instead of Physics
Anything instead of Math
But I escaped- into Drama-
Leaving you to struggle alone in those dark seas of ‘illogical’ logic.
Remember our rides to school
The first day my car broke
And I had to drive our beat-up truck
And there were four of us in the cab
And it was cramped.
But fun.
